What kind of information does Media Mega Mall collect?
We collect information (such as your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone numbers, etc) that you provide when you place an order, save your information with us or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. Business Transfers:

If Media Mega Mall, or all or any portion of its business or assets, are acquired, sold, or otherwise transferred, including in any merger or other transaction, or in the unlikely event that Media Mega Mall goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, consumer and customer Information would be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by the successor or acquirer (or a third party through bankruptcy). You acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur in any of these circumstances, and that any acquirer or successor or other party acquiring all or any portion of Media Mega Mall business or assets may continue to use your Information as set forth in this policy.

IS INFORMATION ABOUT ME SECURE?

Your Media Mega Mall account Information may be protected by a password for your privacy and security. If there is a password for your account, you need to protect unauthorized access to your account and Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. You are prohibited from sharing your exclusive Media Mega Mall login information and if you share your password or your Information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lost control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify Media Mega Mall and change your password.

Media Mega Mall attempts to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private; however, Media Mega Mall cannot guarantee or ensure the security of user account information. Not even the U.S. government appears capable of securing highly sensitive personal and national security information from unauthorized access, use, and exploitation. Unauthorized entry or use by third parties, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time, including your Information.

WHAT INFORMATION CAN I ACCESS?

Media Mega Mall may allow you to access certain information about you through the account holder dashboard for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. As stated previously, any further request to access your Information that you have a right to access, you may submit a request to sales@mediamegamall.com. Media Mega Mall may ask for additional information, as reasonable, to confirm your identity before taking any further actions

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

As stated previously, you can always opt not to disclose Information to us; provided, however, that in order to purchase goods from us as a customer, to make goods available for sale as a client, or provide Media Mega Mall services to you as an account holder you will have to provide us with Information. If you are unwilling to provide Information, then you cannot purchase or sell goods or sign up for services through the Media Mega Mall managed domains.

You are able to add or update certain information on pages, such as those listed in the "What Information Can I Access" section above. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.

You may request deletion of your Media Mega Mall account by contacting Media Mega Mall customer support at sales@mediamegamall.com. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.

You will be able to opt-out of receiving e-mail notices or solicitations from Media Mega Mall or our affiliates by responding to a link included in each e-mail notice or solicitation.

You can also choose to opt-out by choosing “Do Not Sell” after clicking on the “Cookie Preferences” icon in the lower right corner of this screen.

Return & Warranty Policy

Return Procedures/General return information

  • Please log in and use the customer dashboard to initiate the return process. If you do not have an account, please contact sales@mediamegamall.com to initiate a return.
  • After the return process is initiated, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be provided with return instructions via e-mail to the customer.
  • Once an RMA number is issued, the customer must ship the product according to instructions provided by Media Mega Mall within 7-10 days.
  • For non-defective products, the customer must provide a valid tracking number(s) for the return shipment to our Returns Department within 3 days of shipping the merchandise back.
  • For defective/damages products, the customer will be provided a pre-paid shipping label as applicable.
  • Media Mega Mall will not be responsible for lost or damaged customer return shipments. The customer is responsible to insure all return shipments and can file a claim with UPS if the return shipment is damaged.
  • Returns without a valid RMA number referenced will not be accepted. Customer returns without a valid RMA number will be refused upon arrival.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all supplementary items, such as manuals, accessories, etc., or additional fees may apply.
  • All returns requests require the following information:
  1. Full Name/Company
  2. Order Number
  3. Part Number
  4. Quantity to return
  5. Reason for Return
  • Media Mega Mall reserves the right to refuse returns that violate this policy.
  • All return periods start on the date invoiced, unless otherwise specified.

Defective Merchandise

  • Requests for the return of defective merchandise must be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Merchandise returned as defective is subject to testing before credit will be issued.
  • If the merchandise is not defective per the manufacturer's specifications, a 20% restocking fee will apply and return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit issued to the customer.
  • Customers returning defective merchandise with an authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible to receive either:
  1. A credit memo on their account to be used toward future purchases
  2. A refund on the credit card charged for the original order
  • Media Mega Mall will send a pre-paid return label to the customer via e-mail for the return of defective merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise

  • Damaged merchandise must be reported no later than 7 days from the invoice date.
  • If damaged, customer is to provide the following pictures:
  1. A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
  2. A photo of the damaged item
  3. A photo of the packaging material used
  4. A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number
  5. Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

Non-defective Merchandise

  • Requests for the return of all non-defective merchandise must be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Notifications of shipping errors must be made no later than 7 days after the delivery date of the shipment.
  • Customers will be financially responsible for merchandise shipped to them in error if the merchandise is not returned within 30 days of initiation of the return request.
  • Customers returning non-defective merchandise will be responsible for freight charges to return the product. Insuring goods is the customer's responsibility.
  • All returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee less shipping & handling and small order fees.
  • All returns must be packaged to ensure there is no damage to the items and must arrive in resaleable condition to be eligible for a full refund of the product(s).
  • Exchange of merchandise is exempt from the 20% restock fee however the customer is responsible for return shipping of the unwanted merchandise and reshipment of the new merchandise. Note: new merchandise will not be shipped until return shipment is received and inspected.

Warranty

  • Most of the computer electronic products come with a one-year parts and labor warranty. However, some products may come with a shorter warranty period or manufacture warranty only. Shorter warranty or manufacture warranty products will be mentioned on the item description.
  • Some of our products come with manufacture warranty only. With these products, please contact the manufacture directly regarding any RMA issue.

Shipping Terms

  • Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST, Monday through Thursday, or 1:30 PM EST, Friday generally ship the same day, if stock is available.
  • Orders received after 2:30 PM EST, Monday through Thursday or 1:30 PM EST, Friday will ship the following business day, if stock is available.
  • Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days of the date order placed.
  • Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Free shipping method will be at the discretion of Media Mega Mall.
  • Some products may ship from different warehouses.

UPS Ground

  • 1 - 5 business days transit time
  • Delivery by end of day, Monday - Friday.

UPS 3 Day Select

  • 3 business days transit time
  • Delivery by end of day, Monday - Friday.

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • 2 business days transit time
  • Delivery by end of day, Monday - Friday.

UPS Next Day Air

  • Deliveries will occur Monday through Friday typically by 10:30 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. in rural areas.
  • Deliveries will not take place on weekends and holidays.

Discounted or Promotional Shipping Exclusions

Discounted or promotional shipping rates, including free shipping promotions, offered by Media Mega Mall online or over the phone, with or without any disclaimer directly stating as such, will only apply to ground service within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States.
